Jordan Gilmore’s web design and development services begin with a no-cost design consultation. During that meeting (in-person or webinar), the following elements are addressed in order to outline the project scope:

Business purpose of the site (informational, e-commerce, or both)
Site map blueprint (number of pages and links)
Desired look/feel design (colors and layout)
Number of domain names
Photos and text content
Special services such as animation, streaming, audio, surveys, and analysis tools
Content management requirement
Navigation preferences
Advertising
Downloading effects

Following the initial meeting, JGI will provide a proposal based upon a project plan outline (scope/schedule). If the proposal is approved, JGI will present the client with three (one-hour) scheduled progress reviews via webinar.

Client provides JGI with text content and photos, as required
Review #1: This is a first pass review of the site. JGI will have developed the site to a point where the general look and feel is presented as a ‘first draft’. JGI will collaborate with the client in order to refine the site to expectations
Review #2: JGI will have developed the site according to the client refinements and will also have introduced all text content, photos, and special services. In essence, the site is at the ‘polished draft’ stage. The client will point out remaining refinements and/or desired enhancements. Note: Enhancements are considered out-of-scope and are separately tracked and priced
Review #3: JGI will present the site for the user’s final acceptance. This review represents a final look at the site from a look, feel, function, and content standpoint. Any issues discovered at this stage will be addressed by JGI and the site will be launched live at a date as agreed upon by the client and JGI as a result of this meeting.
